Inspired by the real-life interactions between Zoey (daughter) and Alexia (mother), the mother-daughter author duet has turned their daily experiences into heartwarming, motivational children's stories that are centered on Kingdom living and biblical Scripture. "God Really Needs You Today" is about Zoey's struggle to wake up in the morning and get her day started. It's based on the scripture of Ephesians 2:10: "For we all are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Alexia (mother) motivates Zoey (daughter) with the saying, "God Really Needs You Today," explaining to Zoey that her smiles, love, and caring interactions with people are needed daily, assuring her that she plays a very important part in spreading God's love.
